Produced from 100% estate-grown Cabernet Franc grapes, these vintages bring a mixture of red fruit and warmth to the palate, and finishes with the perfect burst of brightness. 2018 Katherine Corkrum Cabernet Franc
This 100% Cabernet Franc comes entirely from the old blocks of Cabernet Franc planted in 1995 and 2001. It has a solid structure, but the tannins are high quality and seamless.
2019 Katherine Corkrum Cabernet Franc
The 2019 Katherine Cabernet Franc offers aromas of dark fruit mixed with herbal, dusty and almond notes. The wine shines with a bright and splendid natural acidity and a generous mouthfeel.
2021 Katherine Corkrum Cabernet Franc
This wine is beautifully structured with great texture. On the nose, this wine offers aromas of lilac and dry herbs, giving a welcoming, rustic scent. The palate is vibrant with notes of red fruit, cassis, and warm strawberry rhubarb pie. The finish is velvety, yet offers bright and beautiful natural acidity.
