Our 2024 Corkrum opens with a mineral lifted nose with a hint of vintage floral elegance. On the palate, deep dark cherry anchors the fruit, brightened by a splash of blood orange. Subtle earthy tones add authenticity. Comforting yet intriguing, this wine is layered and inviting from first sip to last.

The wine was transferred by pump into barrels for secondary fermentation. Aged for 21 months in French oak puncheons and a little bit in clay.
