Tasting Notes
Aromas of bright red and blue fruit like raspberry and blueberry and a trace of fresh cut wheat on the nose . The palate, is beautifully balanced with red fruit and smooth tannins and a velvety dusty rose pedal mid palate. The wine finishes with great texture, smooth tannins and a mouthwatering finish.

Aging:
The wine is transferred into barrels for secondary fermentation and is racked 2 more times. The wine spends about 19 months in 100% French oak.
