Tasting Notes
The 2018 Corkrum has a very aromatic bouquet of red fruit with a hint of minerality of crushed stone and granite. The palate showcases lean and pure strawberry aromas, with extremely silky tannins. This wine is assuredly a terroir driven wine.
Food Pairings
Extremely well balanced, this wine can be enjoyed by itself or will pair very well with Mediterranean dishes, boeuf bourguignon and lamb stew.
