Walla Walla Valley
The 2017 Malbec reveals aromas of ripe blackberries, wheat, orange peel and granite dust. Ripe, rich and focused, the wine is uplifted with a great natural acidity and just enough barrel influence. The finish is savory and creamy with some rusticity.
Aged for 18 months in 100% French Oak.
The wine was fermented between 10-20 days, with each tank tasted daily until pressed using a wooden cage basket presses.
