The 2013 Katherine expresses lot of herbal notes on the nose. It is complex and rich with abundant flavors of summer berries, cassis and a hint of pepper. The texture is ample and packed with melting tannins.

This unique Syrah was fermented with 75% whole clusters and 50% of the fruit came from old vines. It has spicy notes, a silky texture and a long finish.
