Tasting Notes
The nose has plenty of aromas of candied fruit, violet and alfalfa. The wine is focused on lean fruit, and spices. Has a nice medium body structure and the wine was intentionally made to enjoy young.

The wine was transferred by pump into barrels for secondary fermentation. Aged for 30 months in a combination of French oak and stainless steel.
