This wine showcases our traditional Spring Valley Vineyard rusticity. It is made up of 100% estate grown Merlot that showcases the terroir and varietal. Focused flavors of red cherries are complemented by notes of eucalyptus, herbs, and floral notes with a spritz on the mid-palate that will keep you going back for more.

Our 2023 Derby is made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon estate fruit, with showcasing complexity and purity as my goal for this wine. Derby offers focused flavors of blackberries with a mix of darker red fruit. The structure is dominate, mid-palate is smooth, and juicy tannins and signature herbal notes on the long-lasting finish.

The 2023 Nina Lee is a deep beautiful red that reveals aromas of dry wheat and hints of plum and fig on the nose. Bright cherry flavors are complemented by its strong structure and complex minerality all captured in a cigar box finish. This Syrah will leave your mouth watering and your mind curious as it changes in your glass.

The 2023 Frederick Red Wine hits you with aromas of dried herbs, plum and tobacco. Flavors of dark fruit are balanced by mouth watering juicy tannins. The wine finishes with red raspberry pie on the finish.

Aromas of bright red and blue fruit like raspberry and blueberry and a trace of fresh cut wheat on the nose. The palate, is beautifully balanced with red fruit and smooth tannins and a velvety dusty rose pedal mid palate. The wine finishes with great texture, smooth tannins and a mouthwatering finish.

This a true representation of Spring Valley Cabernet Franc. You are greeted with floral notes accompanied by dusty blackberry and raspberry on the nose. This wine has a lovely tannin structure with mid-palate vibrancy that evolves into a herbal cigar box on your palate. It finishes with a structured elegance.
