Looking to become a winemaker for a day? Participate in a hands-on winemaking experience with Crush-for-a-Day at Spring Valley Vineyard.
Guests will walk through the vineyards with the winemaking team learning about picking decisions and grape growing techniques. Afterwards you’ll immerse yourself in the crush process by sorting fruit, taking brix measurements, trying a punch down and tasting through wine mid-fermentation. This event includes a picnic lunch and wine tasting.
