Spring Valley Vineyard Winemaker Dinner at 26 Brix Restaurant

April 18, 2008 An Experience to Remember

April is shaping up to be an exciting month at Spring Valley Vineyard and we have lined up a special winemaker dinner experience here in Walla Walla. Join us on Friday, April 18th at 5:30pm at 26 Brix Restaurant for “An Experience to Remember” with hosts Winemaker, Serge LaVille and 26 Brix Executive Chef and Owner, Mike Davis. We’ll join Serge and Chef Davis at this exciting event and we hope to see you there.

The dinner will begin with a short reception featuring our highly acclaimed 2004 Uriah (we’re bringing in several 2004 magnums from our private cellar for this event). The dinner to follow features a 5-course meal with each course expertly paired with our award-winning wines including the 2005 Uriah, 2005 Muleskinner, 2004 and 2005 Fredrick, 2005 Nina Lee and the 2004 Derby. Serge and Chef Davis will share their insights into the wines, the pairings and their inspiration for the food and wine experience.
